Start a Social Media Campaign

- Start a Go Fund Me Campaign (this was helpful for Parents to pay online via a Credit Card)

- Send Teacher and Parent letter home

- Reach out to the local Community and Businesses
- Local Wholesale Clubs and Businesses donated gift cards.
- Check with the Store’s Human Resource or Community Relations Dept. for donations
- Reach out to your local Hospital for donations of Hand Sanitizers (try Marketing Dept)
- Parents who own a business or work for a Corporation might be able to donate specific items
- example one parent worked for the Electric Company – they donated All the Flashlight
- Local Wholesale Clubs and Businesses donated gift cards.
- Does your School have an event coming up? Set up a Code Red Comfort Pack station to reach parents while they attend.
- Have a Donation Box
- Donation Sheet for Parents to list the Teacher/Student they are donating for
Use Social Media to your advantage!
- Post updates frequently
- Send a Social Media Public Thank You for each donation made
- Encourage Parents, Friends, and Family to share your Fundraising Campaign
